When finishing concrete slabs, Wacker Neuson's wet screed can fit the demands of every job site with a variety of blade lengths, plus each unit is designed to fit the demands of every operator. It's unique twin handle system is fully height and angle adjustable offering maximum operator comfort. In addition, two isolators and specialized lower handle mount design reduce vibration to the operator. The squeeze grip handle is also foldable for easy transport and storage.

Ride-on Trowels: CRT60

The hydraulic ride-on trowel: CRT60

The innovative technology of the ride-on trowel CRT60 features an intelligent combination of a hydraulic drive with an electro-hydraulic steering system. The hydraulic drive regulates the engine speed in a way that resembles an automatic transmission of a car. A computer controller constantly monitors the engine speed and adjusts the hydraulic load at the same time. The electro-hydraulic steering concept with two joysticks enables accurate maneuvering and virtually fatigue-free working. Another hydraulic highlight: The built-in hydraulic wheel kit makes it possible to change float pans or blades easily without the need of a crane or fork lift.

Thanks to its optimal maneuverability and high surface capacity as well as its balanced power-to-weight ratio, the CRT48-PS achieves highest productivity levels with best results. The electro hydraulic control concept with two joysticks enables accurate maneuvering and virtually fatigue-free working. Controlled by the joystick modulations the valves of the hydraulic control cylinder are triggered by electrical signals. The CRT 48-PS offers a choice of two control modes to accommodate individual preferences and different site conditions.

The CRT36, 36-inch, ride-on trowel line offers quality results, high productivity and operator comfort. One person can easily and simply raise and lower the integrated wheel set from one jack at the rear of machine allowing easy maneuverability around the job site. During troweling, the wheel kit does not block the operator's line of sight.

The transmission brake, electronic safety switch and engine speed sensor offer additional triple protection for the user. In an emergency situation the device will simply switch off and the handle will come to a stand-still after no more than a three-quarter turn. Furthermore, the unit will only start if the throttle lever is set to zero. This prevents an inadvertent rotation of the handle on start-up.

  • Patented dynamically balanced trowels (when blades are turning) offer nearly effortless operation and maximum control at all speeds with all types of blades including float pans.
  • Variable speeds: Low speeds for floating, high speeds for burnishing.
